ABOUT ITEMS:

♥ What are squishies?

Squishies are collectible pieces of foam in the form of keychains. They are imported from Japan, China, and other countries to be provided within our shop. To find out more about them, please feel free to check our Youtube channel (bunnifulwishes) to discover a community of other collectors and check out our squishy collection!

 

♥ What kind of squishies are provided within this shop?

We provide quality squishies from various manufacturers (such as i-Bloom) for collectors, like ourselves, to add to their squishy collection. Commons, which may not have any branding, are made affordable to collectors wishing to grow their collection or to just enjoy squishing. Higher end products, such as those from i-Bloom, may have a higher price due to their quality and branding. 

We try to provide the best items we can to our customers, yet we may not be able to provide everything possible. Please be aware that some of the squishies may contain minor marking, air bubbles or manufacturing defects, as our products are sold as received. 

Occasionally, rare or hard to find items from our collection will be added to the shop, but they may have a steep price due to their rarity. 

 

♥ How often are items restocked?

We attempt to restock items as soon as they are sold out, if there remains to be interest for the items. We are unable to restock on items that may no longer be available from their manufacturers. 

 

 

ABOUT ORDERS:

♥ Do you accept orders placed outside the United States?

Yes, we currently accept orders outside of the United States. Please be aware of high shipping costs before purchasing. Any orders above $75 USD may have the chance of being refunded due to high risk of charge backs. 

International buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and fees that may apply to their country. ****

 

♥ What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payment through Paypal and Shopify Payments. Through Paypal, customers have the option of paying through debit or credit card, through their bank account balance, or their Paypal balance. If paying through debit or credit card without a Paypal account, the customer must select the option once redirected from our site to Paypal's. Any information transmitted through the site is secure, and we will not receive any of the information given to them. As for Shopify Payments, all cards will be verified through its system for fraudulent usages. We do not receive any of the information given to them, as with Paypal. 

We recommend checking Paypal's and Shopify Payments' services if one is wary of paying through their system.

 

♥ Can orders be combined?

Yes. If two or more orders are purchased before any are shipped out, the shop will most likely combine them into one package. If there appears to be an extra charge within shipping, the difference will be refunded to the customer. 

The combined order will be sent out at most efficient class for the customer to receive their items all at once. If you wish to ship out the combined order at the cheapest rate, please let us know in the notes of the most recent order.

 

♥ How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow the shop 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. We currently mail, on average, 2 days within a week to ship out orders, excluding holidays within the United States when the post office may be closed. 

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. All orders will come with a tracking number to allow the customer to be able to track the package in reaching its desired destination.

International orders may take up to 5-6 weeks, once the package has been sent out, to arrive at its destination. A customs number will be provided in order to track the package. 

Any delay for a package should be considered due to weather, and the given times for receiving are estimated. If it's been a month, and you have yet to receive your order, please feel free to contact us at w.bunniful@yahoo.com

 

 ♥ My package was returned to Bunnifulwishes?

As our customer, please ensure that all information given, specifically the address, to complete the order is accurate and fully completed. If we have to re-ship your order due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for the correct address as well as send an invoice for shipping out your order a second time. If within those 3 days, we have not heard from you AND received payment, your order will be canceled and all funds except for shipping will be refunded. 

 

An item was missing or broken?

If an item was received broken, or is missing from your order, please contact us WITHIN THE DAY OF ARRIVAL OF THE PACKAGE at w.bunniful@yahoo.com or through the "Contact Us" page with your full name, order number, image of the package as received, and date of the order to ensure we can serve you effectively. We will try our best to come up with a solution with you to ensure you are satisfied with our shop. Partial refunds may be sent for defective items. 

Unless the wrong item was sent, there will be no exchanges or returns.** Any damage caused upon the product by the receiver will not qualify for a refund. 

Any orders made with an unconfirmed PayPal account may be canceled and refunded.

 

♥ Are returns accepted?

Due to the nature of squishies, we cannot accept returns for them and their sales are final. All squishy products are sold as received from our manufacturers and checked for quality before adding to our inventory. As not all squishies are perfectly made, minor markings, air bubbles, falling sprinkles or paint chipping may be expected in the product.

***Please be aware that overtime, with squishing from the customer, the product will eventually degrade with tears, discoloration, and defects. Any damage caused upon the product by the receiver will not qualify for a refund. 

 

 

ABOUT PRE-ORDERS:

♥ When will the pre-order item arrive?

Please check the items descriptions for any necessary information about when the item will arrive in stock if it is marked as a pre-order item. Customers should recognize that including any pre-order items with their order may result in a delay of their order shipping out until all items are available to ship out.

***It is recommended that pre-ordered items be purchased separately from items you don't wish to wait for their arrival. 

 

♥ Where can updates about pre-order items be found?

We are currently active within our Instagram account. Any delays of receiving pre-ordered items or updates may be found there. We recommend following our Instagram for the latest news of our shop.
